This "GreenWoman (removable Cherry Face)" is incredibly detailed and finished and measuring15"W X 17"H by 8" deep. The mask face is made from locally sourced solid Cherry and has a bird entrance hole of 1-1/8" for smaller bird species. It would be a wonderfully decorative addition to any backyard and be quite a unique conversation piece - even without the birds!
The face (approx. 11" round) is removable from the birdhouse box to shelter indoors in winter and prolong its life. Held in place with 3 large rare earth magnets, no tools are required for removal or installation.
Each birdhouse is supplied with a mounting post which allows easy removal of the birdhouse from the post without any tool - simply lift the birdhouse vertically upward. Also, a removable sliding base allows easy cleanout for the next family.
Note: All our Artisanal Birdhouses come either unfinished for indoor decorative purposes, or can supplied with several coats of sprayed exterior protection of UV/weatherproof clear finish.
